Vehicle Hits and Kills Woman on Azusa Ave. in City of Industry

INDUSTRY, CA (March 15, 2022) – On Sunday night in the City of Industry, a vehicle struck and killed a woman. The March 13 crash occurred on Azusa Avenue.
The time was roughly 9:40 p.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
No details have been reported on exactly where the woman had been walking when she was struck by a vehicle, which has not been described.
Responders took the victim to a hospital in the area. She died in the hospital.
Her identity, including name, age, and city of residence, has not been reported.
The person who was driving the vehicle has also not been identified.
Investigators are working to understand the crash, and determine why it happened.
