Car, Semi, and Motorcycle Crash on 101 Freeway in Encino; Two Injured

ENCINO, CA (August 27, 2021) – Early in the morning on Friday in Encino, a car, semi and motorcycle crashed on the 101 Freeway, resulting in injuries. The August 27 crash occurred in the northbound lanes, close to where Reseda Boulevard is located.
The time was roughly 2:40 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
No details have been reported on how the crash happened, nor the sequence in which it happened. Responders arrived and transported at least two patients to the hospital.
The types of injuries they suffered, and their current condition, are not known.
None of the people involved in the crash have been identified, including their names, ages, genders, and cities of residence.
Reports say authorities arrested one person in connection with the crash. The charges have not been described.
