Pacific Beach Crash Injures Two on Ingraham Street

PACIFIC BEACH, CA (June 9, 2022) – Early in the afternoon on Wednesday, a crash in Pacific Beach injured two people. The June 8 crash occurred on Ingraham Street in the 3900 block.

The time was roughly 1:53 p.m., Robert Heims said. Heims is an officer with San Diego Police.

A vehicle–described as an Audi A4–had been going out of a driveway on Ingraham Street. The Audi driver attempted to make a turn to the left on Ingraham, and collided with a vehicle–described as a Honda Accord.

Responders transported the driver of each vehicle to a hospital in the area.

The person who was driving the Audi suffered a number of fractures, reports say.

She was identified only as 22 years old. Her name and city of residence have not been reported.

The person who was driving the Honda was also injured; her injuries have not been described.

She was identified only as 19 years old. Her name and city of residence are not known from reports.

Investigators are continuing their work on the crash.
