Woman Struck and Killed in Burbank; Suspected Driver Arrested

BURBANK, CA (December 13, 2021) – On Friday night in Burbank, a driver struck and killed a woman. The December 10 crash occurred at Grinnell Drive and San Fernando Boulevard.
The time was roughly 9:30 p.m., according to Derek Green. Green is a lieutenant with Burbank Police.
No details have been reported on how the crash occurred.
The victim, who was identified only as a woman, died in the crash.
According to Jeff Barcus, who is a lieutenant with Burbank Police, several crashes happened, and authorities found the suspect driver several blocks from the fatal crash site.
Authorities took a suspect into custody. The person was identified as Jesse Molina, a resident of Granada Hills, 49 years old. He was arrested on suspicion of murder, reports say.
Investigators are continuing to work on the crash.
