PALMDALE, CA (June 23, 2022) \u2013<\/strong> Late at night on Wednesday in Palmdale, two cars burned in a muti-vehicle crash that injured two people. The June 22 crash occurred on State Route 14 close to where East Barrels Springs Road is located, on the southbound side of the roadway.<\/p>\n The time was roughly 11:15 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.<\/p>\n No details have been reported on how the crash happened, and the sequence in which each vehicle crashed. Four vehicles were reported to have been involved, none of which have been described.<\/p>\n Responders arrived and found two vehicles were burning, and one vehicle had overturned.<\/p>\n Responders transported two patients to a hospital in the area. The types of injuries they suffered, and their current condition, are not known from reports.<\/p>\n It is also not known what vehicle each person had been traveling in.<\/p>\n Reports say that authorities arrested a man at the crash site. The reason for the arrest is not known.<\/p>\n None of the people involved in the crash have been identified, and the exact number of people involved is also not known.<\/p>\n Investigators are continuing their work to understand the crash, the circumstances that may have contributed to it, and why it happened.<\/p>\n
