The March 17 crash occurred on Bonita School Road, near Division Street and to the south of it.<\/p>\n<p>The time was roughly 8:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, an officer from Guadalupe Police began to pursue a car that was reported stolen in San Luis Obispo. Not long after the pursuit began, the person who was driving the suspected stolen car crashed into a pole along the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>The driver died at the crash site.
