VENTURA, CA (January 10, 2022) \u2013<\/strong> Early in the morning on Friday in Ventura, a hit-and-run driver killed a pedestrian. The January 7 crash occurred on Harbor Boulevard, in an area between Vista Del Mar Drive and Sanjon Road.<\/p>\n

The time was roughly a little after 5:00 a.m., according to Ventura Police.<\/p>\n

Responders received reports of a person down on the ground, and when they arrived, they found the victim in the roadway at San Buenaventura State Beach. Responders pronounced the victim deceased at the crash site.<\/p>\n

His identity, including name, age, and city of residence, has not been reported.<\/p>\n

Investigators are searching for the vehicle involved in the crash, which has not been described, and the suspect hit-and-run driver.<\/p>\n
