PASO ROBLES, CA (November 23, 2021) \u2013<\/strong> Late in the afternoon on Monday in Paso Robles, multiple vehicles collided on Highway 101, injuring six people. The November 22 crash occurred on the northbound side of the roadway, close to the offramp for Highway 46.<\/p>\n

The time was roughly 5:10 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.<\/p>\n

As many as six or seven vehicles collided, but the manner in which the crash occurred, and the sequence involving each vehicle, has not been described. The vehicles have also not been described.<\/p>\n

Responders from CAL FIRE SLO arrived to help; they took six patients to the hospital. One of the patients suffered injuries that were described as major.<\/p>\n

The current condition of the person is not known, and the person has not been identified.<\/p>\n

The other patients suffered injuries that were described as minor. They have also not been identified in reports.<\/p>\n

The driver of each vehicle is also not known from reports.<\/p>\n

Investigators are continuing their work on the incident to understand why the crash happened.<\/p>\n
